Citation piece of work: should always give the author / authors, year of publication of the work and page number (eg, Smith, 1992, p. 224). When the quoted passage is more than 40 words, please put it in a separate paragraph indented, without quotation marks. When the quoted passage is less than 40 words, please put it in the line of actual text, in quotation marks.
