Crystal Remove Body Odor

The covenant is sure.

1 Samuel 20
In the last few chapters we have read about the conflict in the kingdom. Saul is the king now, but it is revealed that God take the kingdom from him. Perhaps Saul heard that Samuel anointed David to be the next king of Israel. I envy David Saul. Saul is full of hatred, fear and paranoia. The history is still more complicated, because Saul's daughter is married to David, a friend of Saul's son David. So the conflict between Saul and David, also creates a huge conflict in the family and the whole royal palace. People live in uncertainty. There is chaos.

But the main theme of this chapter is not a conflict, but friendship in the midst of conflict. This is what we read in this chapter tells the story of love among the hatred, the only certain relationships in the midst of chaos. When there is anxiety around, reads about peace between two people.
is not just a story about love and friendship, but it is a story of love, which was formally expressed in the covenant. Jonathan and David made a covenant. There is a difference between friendship and friendship, which is formally expressed in covenant. In the covenant of concrete promises. So after the conclusion of the covenant of the people who are its participants can refer to previously expressed promises.

try to explain the difference between friendship and friendship, which was formally expressed in the covenant. Let's say that my friend is a mechanic. I say that I have no money, and my car needs oil change. So I'm in a difficult situation, can I ask my friend to change the oil in my car for free? The fact that he is my friend does not necessarily mean that it will be satisfied with such a request.

But the situation is completely different if he previously I said, 'Ben, you're my friend and I want to do something for you, you will never have to pay for oil changes. Every time when it comes time to change the oil in your car, come to me and I'll do it for you for free. "Such a concrete promise to completely change the situation.

David and Jonathan were not only friends, but they went a step further and made a covenant. ; They gave specific promises.
Now I want to, we tried to understand what David felt at this time. In the next chapter we read that David will leave Israel. David leave beyond the boundaries of Israel will live in Filistii. For each of us escape outside your own country would have the final decision. But for a Jew, even more so. It is against the law, contrary to God's plan for his people. David has no choice. The most powerful man in Israel decided to kill him. David does not know who to trust. Do not know where to hide. In his life chaos.

And when you feel the uncertainty, David asks the man, which is a covenant. covenant promises of robust and serious commitment. When all around was David, covenant was a safe haven, a bastion of certainty. This one thing is certain among the uncertainties.

Is there someone in your life, who have a covenant, in case you need help? Do is the person to whom You can always count on? Is the person who is committed to help you even when you're not beautiful, healthy and cool?
If you're a Jew, you are a member of the old covenant with God almighty. But there is even a better covenant than the old covenant. Jesus said, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood,"
In many passages in the Bible we read about a new covenant. To study God's promises in the new covenant would be needed for many sermons, and I still only minutes away. But I'll try to summarize the new covenant. I will say four things about the new przmierzu.

first writer to the Hebrews compares the old and new covenant, showing how the new covenant is far better. In chapter eight, verse six, the author says that the new covenant promises are better, "so far is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established based on better promises."
second Secondly, in the old covenant, the participants had the written word of God and it was wonderful, but we get a new word of God written in our hearts. So in the old covenant, people did not get a new heart. But in the new covenant God is changing us from the inside, we wanted to obey God's word. Participants in the new alliance they want to be obedient. Hebrews 8:10
third Thirdly, by the blood of Jesus Christ, participants in the new covenant have washed away their sins. The author of Hebrews writes, "For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats could away sins," Hebrews 10:4 we read in the Gospel of Matthew, "he took the cup and thanked, and gave them, saying: Drink ye all of it; For This is my blood of the new covenant which is shed for many for the forgiveness of sins. "
4th Fourth, the new covenant is our eternal inheritance. I read a letter to the Hebrews, chapter ninth, fifteenth verse, "But Christ, who had appeared as a high priest of good things to come, came by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is not of this created world of dating, once and for all he went to the temple is not the blood of goats and calves but with his own blood, having eternal redemption. For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of the heifer sprinkling the defiled sanctify and restore bodily cleanliness, how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God. And that is why he is the mediator of a new covenant, until the death has been suffered to redeem the crimes committed under the first covenant, those who are called to receive the promised eternal inheritance. "Hebrews 9:11-15 The participants received a new covenant promised an eternal inheritance. None of us who live, did not get his inheritance. We've got the Holy Spirit who is the pledge of eternal inheritance. But we did not get the entire inheritance. However, it says, "you who are called, received a promise of eternal inheritance. "The alliance is a certainty.

a new covenant God promises us a new heart, forgiveness of sins, not only to past sins, or just the sins that we do unconsciously, but of all sins. All our sins are washed away the blood of Jesus. Participants the new covenant are pure, without sin. God promised eternal inheritance, which primarily means the eternal fellowship with him.

Are you a member of the new covenant?
Do not you know who you can trust. When your life is in chaos. When you feel the uncertainty, if you can ask the person with whom you have a covenant? When everything around is against you, whether it is in your life safe haven, a bastion of certainty? This one sure thing is the covenant with God.
